The EVA foam compound used in the toe cradle zone is formulated to be acetone-resistant, preventing swelling or degradation when nail polish remover contacts the sandal surface during salon use. A detachable mid-foot support bridge allows the sandal to convert between open-toe mode for drying and enclosed mode for walking across salon floors. The textured outsole surface scores 0.72 on slip resistance testing against polished salon tile treated with water and massage oil mixtures.
